The piece consists of three elegant doorways, framed by pillars and balustrades.
Stitching is used to suggest ornate, patterned stone work, reminiscent of the features found on Brighton’s Regency architecture.
Lines and shapes have been formed in an intentionally naive and simple way, and the stitching on the thick felt has created a textured surface.
The piece is framed in a simple glazed white frame.
